The Ministry of Presidential Affairs was established by Federal Law No. (4) in November 2004 which, created and organised it and combined both the Office of His Highness the President and the Presidential Court.

To assume a pioneering role in supporting the country's decision-maker.
Mission
To provide support and consultation to the decision-maker through the development of excellent, high-quality and credible capability to enhance the central role of the Ministry in developing national policies and community services.
