About
The Human Resources Authority of the emirate of Abu Dhabi has been established by law N. (7) of 2015, issued by the President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi.
The HRA had replaced the Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council, the Civil Services Sector and the Abu Dhabi Government Leadership Centre at the General Secretariat of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
The Abu Dhabi Human Resources Authority specialises in drawing and developing the emirate's general policies for human resources. It also drafts, develops and oversees the execution of strategies and plans for tawteen (emiratisation) at government departments and companies.
